All content on this site — including but not limited to designs, artwork, graphics, logos, text, and product images — is the property of decanted or its collaborating artists and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Limited-run products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a campaign window closes, the design will not be reprinted. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. decanted is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full shipping details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery subject to our Returns Policy. Limited edition items are final sale unless defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Products sold on decanted are created in collaboration with independent artists and designers. Each collaboration is a limited engagement. The artists retain ownership of their original artwork; decanted holds a licence to reproduce the designs on products for the duration of each campaign.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, decanted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email.
